Our philosophy:

Gwendoline has over 15 years of experience as a tour designer and leader as well as extended experience as a language teacher and course designer.

Our immersion stays combine picturesque places, local insights, out of the beaten track places to see, professional yet relaxed classes, always in a friendly and caring atmosphere. Many of our students travel with us every year.

We keep our groups small and our schedule flexible to make sure every participant gets enough attention and has a chance to improve their level. We also like to plan surprises along the way, so we never tell you everything that is going to happen. Surprise can be an activity that everyone will enjoy, a surprise afternoon tea, a restaurant or anything that will put a smile on everyone's face and add a "Wow factor" to your trip.

Finally, we know that being in a group is not always easy and sometimes we all need some alone time, that's why we always give everyone some space and cater for participants wanting some time off, even if it wasn't planned.

Let your guide and French teachers guide you through their native country and region, book your spot today.

Sunday 05/06 - Bully - Plan d’Aups Sainte Baume

After breakfast, we will head towards our next destination: Provence and Côte d’Azur.

Our drive will be approximately 4 hours, but we will break it down with a nice stop.

Our evening stop will be an all included experience in a small hotel (we will rent about half the total number of rooms) where you will be able to relax in the heart of the Sainte Baume mountain range. The hotel has a park and a heated pool.

Monday 06/06 - Sainte Baume - Marseille - Six-Fours

After breakfast, we will head to our next « home away from home » in Six-Fours-les-Plages where we will rent a house steps away from the beach for 5 days. On the way, we will stop in Marseille for a cultural stop.

Free time for lunch.

Possibility to have an afternoon French lesson in the house.

Dinner in a restaurant.

Time in car: about 2 hours

Tuesday 07/06 to Friday 10/06 - Six-Fours and Provence / Côte d'Azur

The format of this week will be similar to the previous one, breakfasts in the house and one meal catered for, depending on the exact program each day, to try to make it easy for everyone to find food / eat what they feel like. This week, French lessons are upon request only, feel free to ask me to plan your lessons. They will be during planned free time.

I’ll get back to you with the exact program but I already know that we will discover 2 or 3 local towns and villages, visit a local production of food and/or wine, perfume makers, eat at a beach restaurant, see the calanques (UNESCO), go for walks and learn about the Roman history of the region, along with our traditional markets and cooking lessons.

Again, if there is anything you’d like to see added, please let me know.

Saturday 11/06 - Six-Fours - Grasse - Nice

After breakfast, we will leave our last house and head towards Grasse to visit a perfume factory (hopefully - still waiting to hear from them) before going to our final destination: Nice. You will have free time for lunch and we will have our end of trip celebratory dinner in the evening. Our hotel is located on Nice harbour for this last night.
